Self-Taught Style

This blog will provide advice, specifically targeted towards college age women, on a variety of topics that will make it easier to recognize age appropriate styles and how to build a wardrobe that will complement different occasions. I hope that this blog will become a resource for women who want to develop their style but have limited knowledge of how to make the necessary changes. It has become a trend for many college age women to dress solely for comfort and though this is appropriate for certain occasions it is a difficult routine to break when it comes time to enter more professional environments. I have found that creating your style and developing a wardrobe over time makes this transition easier while still allowing for personal expression.
